BOUNDARIES…

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Boundaries.”

We must teach them to children...for their own good
We must teach them to children…for their own good
We must take care with those that cross ours...
We must take care with those that we allow to cross ours…
Respect them in others...for their sake as well as ours (there is a glass boundary here you can bet your life!)
Respect them in others…for their sake as well as ours (there is a glass boundary here you can bet your life!)
Some come and go with the tide...
Some come and go with the tide…
Some are forever
Some are forever
Whether man made...
Whether man made…
Or by design...
Or by design…
We need them...If only to cross them
We need them…If only to cross them

So…set your boundaries well

Respect other’s boundaries as well

But NEVER let another’s define yours!

Hi everyone! Welcome to 50 Shades of Gray Hair. 50 Shades is my blog of life over the hill, where each day is full of delicious opportunities to earn another gray hair. I stopped declaring war on the gray when I began this blog years ago. Instead, I embrace and celebrate them along with whatever life decides to throw my way, with (sarcasm forward) humor and an optimistic eye to the future. I think. I hope? I don't know. At any rate...it's real, it's honest, it's full of 4 letter words, and it's me...on a platter. I sincerely welcome you all to my porch....♥♥Rhonda

    1. No Jules, they won’t. But we each have our own reasons for our boundaries and it should be respected, whether we agree with them or not. I’m sorry

  1. They and she are respected and cared about , but the pain would be
    so much less
with an understanding of why… Terrible silence after
trust and warmth, and laughter ( and pain) , is more awful
than the most terrible words .
    I miss you. JFB
