Rhonda! The Outer Banks – right? The trip with your brother? That’s the only place I know of with giant houses like that that have all of those amenities! It’s gorgeous! I hope you have a wonderful time! xo

Yes Kelly, that’s the one! Our youngest is flying in from Alaska today…so glad he’s able to go with us. Haven’t seen him in a year and a half 🙂 There will be 10 of us and each is as excited as the next, though little brother missed his flight from OKC to Richmond this morning 😦 so he’ll fly into Norfolk late tonight and we’ll pick him up on the way into the OBX tomorrow. Hey…it’s all about the adventure right? Thanks for the wishes and I’ll be sure to have lots of pics to share….xoxo

Can’t believe I missed this… I guess you’re either still there or just back. Hope it was a fantastic time. I drooled at the site of that kitchen, I think I could cook up some wondrous stuff in there.

Hey hey NB…got back yesterday and it was FAB!! And you’re right about that kitchen 🙂 Used the hell out of it, and made sure at least one meal required both ovens, all the burners, as well as the griddle top! Ha…what a blast cooking a complete meal without worrying about timing!!! Going through my pics now, hope to post some soon.
